How it works
- Name your options (jobs, cities, laptops, anything).
- Add criteria such as salary, cost or commute and give each a weight.
- Score every option on every criterion. Totals update instantly.
List your options, add what matters (and how much), score each one, and see the winner. Everything stays in your browser.
Weight = how much a criterion matters (1–5). Score = how well an option does (0–10).
Each option's total is the sum of (score × weight) across all criteria, shown as a percentage of the maximum possible. A weighted decision matrix keeps big factors from being drowned out by small ones.
If two options tie, use the tie-break button, or try the Coin Flip, Wheel Spinner or Yes or No.
A decision matrix scores each option against weighted criteria so you can compare choices objectively. Totals show which option fits best.
Each score is multiplied by its criterion weight and summed, then shown as a percentage of the maximum possible total.
Your matrix is saved only in your browser on this device and is never uploaded.
